About the event
TS2 Coach Phil Schaffer is offering members an exclusive training opportunity. A $750 value for only $100! For 12 weeks, members will receive a training program that will improve strength and agility - two very important components in the sport of triathlon. Each class is held on Sundays at 1 PM from January 7th through March 24th.
Participants will have in-person training 1x per week and be provided with additional workouts to perform at home. The focus will be on strength training, power training, speed and agility, conditioning, and core. A sample workout would look something like this:
Group Warm-up (5-10 minutes)
- Muscular Activation/Body Temperature
- 10-15 yards, Walk, jog, high knee, heel strikes, skip jumps, karaoke
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Arm circles, partner shoulder stretch, hip circles, knee to chest, walking lunges, cat cow
Main Set (40 minutes)
- Station or group (numbers dictate)
- #1 Air squats, #2 ladder work, #3 Rear delt flys, #4 Mountain climbers, #5 Clock lunges, #6 Jump Rope, #7 Military press #8 Burpees #9
Romanian deadlifts #10 Jumping Jacks
Core/Cool Down/Static Stretching
- Six inches plank hold
- Static stretching (quads, shoulders, hamstrings)

Please be sure to bring water/hydration. Every Sunday at 1 PM from January 8 through March 24. This ticket covers all 12 weeks. No refunds will be issued for any classes you are unable to attend.
