OPEN WATER SWIMS
Lifeguarded open water swims is one of the benefits offered to our members. Join us this season for bay and ocean swims throughout the summer months. If you are new to swimming in an open water environment then we do recommend that first you get comfortable swimming in the pool and can swim at least 400 yards.
Open water swims are limited to 25 people per swim and you MUST register at least 24 hours in advance.
Members - FREE. Due to limitations on group size, OWS are currently available to members only.

Bay Swim Location: 365 96th St., Stone Harbor, NJ 08247.
Ocean Swim Location: 15th Ave. and The Beach, North Wildwood, NJ 08260 (Meet down by the water in front of Lifeguard Station.)
Throughout the summer our members connect for group runs. If you are invested in running a group we encourage you to follow us on our Facebook club page and feel free to connect to our members that way.

Our two hour coached pool swim clinics are a great for all levels. Our coaches design workouts to meet the needs of your swimming ability. Receive hands on instruction and learn how to be more efficient in the water.
Not comfortable in the open water yet? Our swim clinics are also a great way to build your confidence in the water and to get you ready for our open water swims in May.
Members - FREE. Non-Members - $25. Please note that due to popular demand, limited availability, and increasing fees, we will be charging members a $5 fee to reserve your spot in our 2020 pool swim clinics.

GROUP BIKE RIDES
Because riding with friends is just more fun! Join us for various group rides throughout Cape May County, NJ. A and no drop rides available. Meeting locations and routes change from week to week.
A Group: 18 to 20 mph average on flat terrain; 16 to 17 mph average on rolling/hilly terrain; 15 to 16 mph average on very hilly terrain.
B Group:15 to 17 mph average on flat terrain: 13 to 15 mph average on rolling/hilly terrain; 12 to 14 mph average on very hilly terrain.
C Group: 12 to 15 mph average on flat terrain; 10 to 13 mph average on rolling/hilly terrain; 9 to 11 mph average on very hilly terrain.
